Mulberry holds first annual Green Sweep

In the heart of the season where fresh blooms and lush greenery take center stage, the City of Mulberry announces its first annual Green Sweep Community Trim & Tidy Day, encouraging residents to roll up their sleeves for a community-wide cleanup event. This special day is dedicated to beautifying our neighborhoods by tackling overgrown foliage and tidying our yards.

Residents are called upon to trim overgrown shrubs, bushes, and any exuberant landscape growth. Post-trim, neatly stack all green waste curbside in front of homes for collection. Mulberry’s commitment to maintaining a picturesque environment is evident in the city’s efforts to facilitate the removal of this yard waste.

To ensure a smooth collection process, the city requests residents to notify the City Office at 479-997-1321 after stacking their green waste. This year’s special pick-up dates are set for March 25th, 26th, and 27th. Don’t miss this opportunity to contribute to the community’s appeal—there will be no collections after March 27th.

Let’s join hands and clippers to keep Mulberry vibrant and tidy. Remember, a little effort goes a long way in preserving the natural beauty that makes our city a delightful place to live. Together, let’s keep our community beautiful!
