Mulberry, 12/05/2023– This year, the City of Mulberry is set to sparkle in a new light as the Mulberry Fire Department’s annual Christmas Parade takes a delightful turn, moving from its traditional daytime slot to an enchanting night-time spectacle. Scheduled for December 16th, the parade is poised to begin at 6 pm, transforming the city into a dazzling winter wonderland under the stars.
In a bid to make this year’s parade more luminous than ever, the City of Mulberry is adding an extra layer of excitement. Participants are encouraged to let their creativity shine by adorning their floats and vehicles with festive lights and decorations. The stakes are high as the best-decorated float or vehicle will be awarded a coveted prize – a one-year annual park pass, granting unlimited access to Mulberry’s beautiful parks.
This year, in the spirit of the new night-time format, the City is also extending a special invitation to residents and businesses along the parade route to join in the festivities by decorating their houses and storefronts. This collaborative effort will not only enhance the parade’s magical atmosphere but also strengthen community bonds. Let’s light up Mulberry together, turning our city into a beacon of holiday cheer for all to enjoy!
