City of Mulberry Prepares for a Dazzling Independence Day Fireworks Show and Car Show Extravaganza

  Mulberry, AR – The City of Mulberry is set to illuminate the night sky with an awe-inspiring fireworks display as the centerpiece of its Independence Day celebrations. The event, which is a treasured tradition for the community, will take place on June 29th, from 3 PM until dark at Kirksey Park, promising an evening of spectacle and delight for all ages. As the daylight wanes, attendees will be treated to a breathtaking fireworks show, a symbol of the city’s patriotic spirit. The pyrotechnics are scheduled to start post-sundown, capping a day filled with fun, entertainment, and community camaraderie. Before the fireworks take center stage, car enthusiasts will have the opportunity to showcase their vehicles in the much-anticipated Mulberry Car Show. With a modest $10 registration fee, participants are welcome to enter their cars, trucks, motorcycles, and rat rods into the competition for a chance to win trophies and accolades. Categories include Top Car, Truck, Motorcycle, Rat Rod, People’s Choice, and Firefighters Choice, along with special plaques for Best Paint, Best Interior, and Best Engine. Ribbons for 2nd and 3rd places will also be awarded. Car show Registration for the car show will open at 3 PM, with judging set to commence at 5 PM, providing a perfect prelude to the evening’s main event. Enthusiasts and spectators alike can stroll through the park, enjoy the live music, and partake in the savory delights offered by food vendors, all while perusing an impressive array of automobiles. The Independence Day Celebration also promises a variety of attractions for families and children, including vendors, waterslides, and bounce houses, ensuring that there’s something to keep everyone entertained throughout the day. The excitement is further heightened by a $2,100 cash drawing, adding an element of suspense and thrill. All proceeds from the day’s activities will benefit the Mulberry Fire Department, underscoring the event’s aim to support those who protect and serve the community.
